day 27 while in lock down

Hi bloggers

Today the good news is I did not fall off my bike today and that is the good news. The bad new is I had to pack my LEGO away. But I guess it is important for my mummy to vacuum the floor.  There are lots of other things that are happy that happened today.  I did a lot of work from Te Ana Ako. All of them were hard (especially those  equations that one teacher put up ).  Today I went for a big BIG bike ride with my daddy and it was amazing and cool and fun. Me and my daddy went half way around the park and lots of time around the car prak. but most of all I liked that I got to be with my daddy. Love From Aley 😍🐈🐈

  1. Hi Alexandra, I'm very pleased to hear that you did not fall off your bkie! Our daughter and our little grandaughter live in our bubble as our son in law works at a hospital in the covid 19 ward some shifts. He wasn't happy about our daughter and grandaughter risking getting sick if he contracted the virus. Happily he has stayed well. We all have bikes at our house and have been doing lots of bike riding. Our wee grandaughter goes on the back of her mum's bike. She loves it and has the biggest smile on her face as she zooms along.
Which park did you bike around? Is it Keith Hay park?
Keep on enjoying time with your family in your bubble until school begins again.

  2. Hello again Aley, great to hear that the bike ride was uneventful regarding falls and tumbles! One of the great things about this lock down time, is that some of us get to spend time with the people who are most important to us - it's lovely to see you enjoying time with your mum and dad. You did indeed complete a lot of work for Te Ana Ako today - your writing was great, have you had chance to read the comments/marking yet? With the maths, it's when things challenge us a little bit that we do some really awesome learning, so keep on trying!
You sound like you are getting the right kind of balance between school work and being active, as well as having family time - fabulous! I'll look forward to the next post! :-)

  3. Hi Alexandra,
It sounds like you had lots of fun on your bike ride and that it was special too. I think that has been one of the best things about this lockdown is that we have got to enjoy time with our families in our bubbles. What had you been creating with your LEGO before you had to pack it away?
Thanks for sharing what you have been up to, take care.

  4. HI Alexandra
I can see from you blog you are keeping yourself fit and healthy by going bike riding with your mum and dad. It's great to read you have been making LEGO creations. Yes, I bet it is a bit annoying to pack all of those blocks away, however you then have a chance on another day to get your creative skills into action again.
Keep healthy and safe in your bubble.
