Day 19 while in lock down.

Hi bloggers

Today I made a little puppet giraffe and I named him Harold. What you had to do was just sew and taped it together and it was really fun. I only did it because my daddy was repainting the whole kitchen and it was so annoying because then we could not cook dinner so we had to eat a sandwich instead. But in the end everything worked out just fine. Love from Aley 😍

  1. Hi Alexandra, awesome puppet. It reminds me of Harold from the Life Education Bus! Maybe you could make some slides or a video to teach other how to make one?

  3. Hi Aley, I hoped you told your Dad what a great job he did in the kitchen. Our adults are keeping very busy during this lock down, getting lots of important things done, so they need lots of support and encouragement, just like everyone else! I think your giraffe is fabulous, I particularly like the patches on his neck - how did you fix those on? Do you know what type of stitching you used around the edges? I was sewing yesterday, but I didn't create anything this wonderful, I was just mending some clothes. Maybe, like Phil suggested, you could write some instructions for other people to follow, so they can make their very own giraffe. I'm looking forward to seeing what today's activity was - I'll read your blog later!
